Through Awakening Aphrodite, Jenn brings a whole-systems approach to health — utilizing the Daoist Five Phases Framework to illuminate how to harmonize your systems, restore balance, and generate lasting vitality.

Drawing on over 15 years of double-certified emergency, functional, and regenerative medical expertise, Dr. Mulcahy explores how the nervous system bridges physiology, trauma healing, embodiment, sexuality, and consciousness.
